Decontamination methods for self-adhesive products:
First, remove the self-adhesive decorative items stuck on the glass or the surface of the product. Soak a towel in warm water (hot water should be used in winter) and wipe the self-adhesive marks twice repeatedly. Then, use a warm and damp towel with soap and wipe the mark several times repeatedly. Finally, wipe off the soap scum with a clean, warm and damp towel, and the adhesive residue will be removed.
2. Additionally: It can be scraped with a pen, paper or a knife, which is suitable for hard surfaces such as glass and floor tiles. Wipe with alcohol, suitable for glass, floor tiles, clothes, etc. After being frozen, the self-adhesive becomes hard and can be directly torn off. It is suitable for those who should not use alcohol, scratches or other methods.
3. Apply toothpaste evenly on the surface of the self-adhesive label, leave it for a while, and then wipe it with a soft cloth. Sometimes there is a lot of self-adhesive label and it is very firm. Apply toothpaste again on the marks that were not removed in one go. The method is the same and you can get rid of the troublesome self-adhesive label. The principle is that toothpaste contains glycerin, which is an excellent solvent and can dissolve the components of self-adhesive labels. Additionally, many cosmetics also contain glycerin, which can be used to remove self-adhesive labels.
4. Use a hair dryer to blow hot air. This method works very well and is convenient at home. Almost everyone has a hair dryer. It works on stickers, glass, plastic, wood, and metal. First, blow hot air back and forth with the hair dryer a few times, then tear off a small edge. While tearing in the direction, blow hot air with the hair dryer. The effect is very good.
5. The effect of essential balm is also good. If it's self-adhesive stickers or the like, you can use a hair dryer to heat them up and they can be easily removed. However, this is not suitable for plastic, as excessive heat can cause plastic to deform.
Printing features of self-adhesive products:
Self-adhesive printing is a process in which ink and other substances are transferred from the printing plate to the surface of the substrate pre-coated with an adhesive layer on the back under certain pressure. Self-adhesive printing has the following characteristics compared with ordinary printing:
1. Small investment and quick returns. Self-adhesive printed products are mostly trademarks and stickers. They have a small size, fast printing speed and less production waste.
2. With multiple functions, self-adhesive labels are widely used in food, cosmetics, products and barcodes, etc. They can also be used as labels for electronic products, mechanical products and other special environments.
3. Flexible printing methods. Self-adhesive labels are not restricted by printing methods. Traditional printing factories can use offset printing machines or screen printing machines for printing.
